Caesar Salad With Drama's picture
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Romaine head/Endive / escarole not lettuce 3
  Egg 1 , simmered 1 minute in shell
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Anchovy fillets 5 , mashed
  Croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hot, Freshly Made)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Drop
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste

Using hands, rub salad bowl with salt then garlic clove (what's left of garlic may be minced and added to 54 cup salad oil).
Break crisp romaine, endive, and/or escarole into bite size pieces and toss in salad bowl.
In small bowl, mix anchovy paste with salad oil, Worcestershire, freshly ground pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Break egg into bowl, add lemon juice and beat with fork.
Pour over salad greens and toss.
