Two Cheese Luncheon Salad
|Uncooked macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apples||2 Large, cubed|
|Swiss cheese||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 0.25 inch cubes|
|Commercial sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Lettuce cups||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain, rinse, and chill.
Combine macaroni, celery, apples, salt, and Swiss cheese; set aside.
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, and honey; combine with macaroni mixture.
