Celery And Apple Salad
|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemons||3 , juiced|
|Chopped apples||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (White Colored)|
Beat egg whites; add yolks and beat again.
Add milk and mix well.
Combine sugar and cornstarch in top of double boiler; add egg milk mixture and stir well.
Add lemon juice and salt and cook until thickened.
Allow to cool.
Combine apples, celery, and raisins.
Add cooled dressing and mix well.
