Ingredients
  Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh spinach 3 Pound
  Bacon 1 Pound, cooked and crumbled
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , coarsely grated
Directions

Chill sauce and shake well before adding to spinach, bacon and eggs.
