Avocado Gelatin Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen avocado puree 1 Cup (16 tbs), slightly thawed
  Whipping cream/0.5 cup evaporated milk 1⁄4 Pint, whipped
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; allow to cool.
Add lemon juice and salt; chill.
Blend together mayonnaise, avocado puree, and whipped cream or evaporated milk.
Fold into thickened gelatin mixture.
Pour mixture into a mold and chill.
