Avocado Gelatin Salad

|Lemon flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Hot water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen avocado puree||1 Cup (16 tbs), slightly thawed|
|Whipping cream/0.5 cup evaporated milk||1⁄4 Pint, whipped|
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; allow to cool.
Add lemon juice and salt; chill.
Blend together mayonnaise, avocado puree, and whipped cream or evaporated milk.
Fold into thickened gelatin mixture.
Pour mixture into a mold and chill.
