Potato Salad Amandine

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Medium, cooked, peeled and sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine potatoes, onion, almonds, and parsley in medium size bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over potato mixture.
Toss lightly to mix.
Cover and chill several hours to blend flavors.
