Fruited Rice Salads has an Out of this world taste. The orange juice and celery gives the Fruited Rice Salads Impressive taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange shells 6
Directions

Heat butter in medium-size saucepan; saute celery and onion until tender.
Stir in orange rind, juice, water, seasoning, rice, and raisins.
Bring to boil; stir well.
Reduce heat; cover.
Simmer until liquid is absorbed and rice tender, about 30 minutes.
Remove from heat.
When cool, refrigerate several hours.
