Raw Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced unpeeled apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grape halves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange sections 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pecans/Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce 1
  Whipping cream 4 Tablespoon, whipped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Wash cranberries and put through a food chopper, using coarse blade.
Add sugar, and let drain overnight in refrigerator. (Save juice to use in punch or molded salads.)
Combine cranberries, apples, grapes, oranges, and nuts.
Toss lightly.
