Raw Cranberry Salad
|Fresh cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced unpeeled apples||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grape halves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange sections||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans/Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||4 Tablespoon, whipped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Wash cranberries and put through a food chopper, using coarse blade.
Add sugar, and let drain overnight in refrigerator. (Save juice to use in punch or molded salads.)
Combine cranberries, apples, grapes, oranges, and nuts.
