Frosty Fruit Salad
|Cream cheese||20 Ounce, softened (2 Packages)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||1 Can (10 oz), well drained|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange||1 Medium, peeled and cubed|
|Red maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved|
|Green maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint, whipped|
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
Beat with rotary beater until well blended.
Stir in rest of ingredients except whipped cream; then gently fold in cream.
Spoon mixture into 2 freezer trays and freeze overnight.
