Beet And Pineapple Salad Supreme
|Strawberry gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Package)|
|Raspberry gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Package)|
|Cherry gelatin||1 (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|French beets||1 Can (10 oz) (Drained Liquid Reserved)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz) (Drained Liquid Reserved)|
|Sweet pickle juice/Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Dissolve all gelatins in boiling water.
Combine reserved liquids from beets and pineapple (about 1 1/2 cups), and add with pickle juice to gelatin mixture.
Chill until syrupy; stir in beets and pineapple.
Put into a 2 1/2 quart mold and chill until firm.
