Paper Cup Frozen Salad
|Crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz) (Drained Liquid Reserved)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped apples||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint, whipped|
|Maraschino cherries||6 , cut in halves|
Combine pineapple liquid and enough water to make 1 1/2 cups; add eggs, sugar, salt, and lemon juice; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Chill; fold in pineapple, apples, celery, and whipped cream.
Put cherries into bottom of paper cups; pour salad into cups and freeze.
