Moulded Rice Salad

Moulded Rice Salad has a Sole taste.The Vinegar and Sugar gives the Moulded Rice Salad Enormous taste.
Ingredients
  Leftover khichree/Brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shelled and boiled green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped spring onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced capsicum 1 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Mixed Or Of One Type : Cashewnuts, Peanuts, Almonds Or Pistachios)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Chopped sweet mango pickle 2 Teaspoon
  Shelled and boiled green peas 250 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all the above salad ingredients together.
Blend the dressing together thoroughly and toss the salad ingredients in it.
Mould the salad in a ring mould, pressing the rice down firmly.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, unmould carefully on a salad platter and spoon green peas in the centre and around the mould.
