Fresh Melon Salad

Ingredients
  Spanish melon 1
  Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange 1
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pistachio nuts 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Slice !4 of top off melon; remove seeds.
Scoop out meat from melon with melon-ball scoop; save shell.
Place balls in large bowl.
Wash strawberries; remove stems.
Add to melon balls.
Peel orange; slice into sections by cutting between membranes.
Add to melon balls.
Drizzle honey over fruit; toss gently.
Fill shell with fruit.
Garnish with whipped cream and pistachio nuts; chill.
