Cantaloupe and Chicken Salad
The Cantaloupe and chicken salad is a refreshing salad with an amazing combo of fruits and meat with a tangy dressing. A healthy easy to make salad it is a great tasting salad that is perfect for any occasion.
|Plain yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Cantaloupe||5 Cup (80 tbs) (1 1/2 Inch Piece)|
|Cut up cooked chicken||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Red grapes/Green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in half|
|Cucumber||1 Medium, cut into strips|
1. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in large bowl. Stir in lemon juice, chives and salt.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
