Beetroot Salad

Ingredients
  Beetroot 2 Pound
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Ounce
  Caraway seeds 1 Pinch
  Horse radish 1 Ounce
Directions

Wash and cook beetroots in skins.
Mix vinegar with a little water, add salt, sugar, caraway seeds, and sliced horse radish for dressing.
Peel beetroots, slice, add salad dressing, and let stand for 3 hrs. before serving.
