Beef Salad Bowl
|Boiled beef||1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
|Sliced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 , julienned|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||3 , cut into wedges|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , cut into quarters|
Combine beef, onion, and green pepper; add salad dressing or mayonnaise and mix well.
Place mixture in lettuce lined bowl; garnish with tomato wedges and egg quarters.
Top salad with anchovy filets.
