Fall inspired salads are some of my favorite and this is no exception! It's easy to make, screams Fall, and is very delicious! Well, as delicious as a salad can be! Right? This recipe is for just one salad, but double or quadruple to serve more.
Mixed baby greens | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Apple | 1/2 , sliced thin | |
Craisins | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chopped walnuts | 1 Teaspoon | |
Goat cheese | 1 Ounce | |
Vinaigrette: | ||
Champagne vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Dijon mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Honey | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Light olive oil | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1. On your salad bowl add the greens, sliced apple, Craisins, walnuts, and goat cheese.
2. In a small bowl whisk together the Champagne vinegar, Dijon, honey, salt and pepper.
3. Slowly add in the olive oil while whisking, and add it to your salad
