Ingredients
  Canned grapefruit sections 8 Ounce
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cabbage 1⁄2 , shredded
Directions

Drain grapefruit; mix 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice with cream, salt, and mustard.
Pour over cabbage; toss lightly.
Add grapefruit sections; mix in lightly.
