Our Crunchy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad is a great way to get your vegetables--in fact, we think broccoli never tasted so good! Raw broccoli can be totally boring but when you toss it into a salad incredible things just happen. This is the perfect side dish to add to any menu.
Broccoli head | 1 Large , trimmed into florets | |
Cauliflower head | 1 Large , trimmed into florets | |
Green onions | 4 , thinly sliced | |
Canned water chestnuts | 5 Ounce , sliced ((1 can)) | |
Canned black olives | 4 Ounce , sliced ((1 can)) | |
Green olives | 2 Ounce , sliced | |
Prepared ranch dressing | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) ((to taste)) | |
Black pepper | To Taste |
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, green onions, water chestnuts, black olives, green olives, ranch dressing, black pepper and toss well.
Refrigerate until serving.
