Jellied Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped dill/1/2 teaspoon dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Cucumber slices 8
  Chicken spread 2 Can (20 oz)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Commercial sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water.
Combine half of gelatin mixture with dill, salt, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and onion; chill until slightly thickened.
Line edge of l quart mold with cucumber slices; carefully pour in the chilled gelatin.
Chill until firm.
Combine chicken spread, celery, pimiento, and sour cream with remaining gelatin mixture; season with salt and pepper.
Chill until slightly thickened; then spoon over firm gelatin layer in mold.
Chill until firm.
