Molded Cheese Snowcap Salad
|Orange gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curd creamed cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), softened (2 Packages)|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint, whipped|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Drained)|
|Maraschino cherries||1 Tablespoon|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and chill.
Combine cottage cheese and cream cheese; mash until well blended.
Stir into gelatin mixture.
Stir in grapes, pecans, whipped cream, and pineapple.
Pour into individual molds and chill.
Garnish each serving with a maraschino cherry.
