Frozen Fruit Salad
|Strawberry gelatin||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Jello)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned frozen concentrated lemonade||6 Ounce|
|Non dairy whipped topping||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Thawed Cool Whip)|
|Canned sliced peaches||16 Ounce, drained and chopped|
|Canned pear halves||8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and chopped|
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add lemonade and stir until melted.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit.
Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving.
Unmold and slice.
