Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 1 Can (10 oz) (Drained)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced very thin
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Layer the sauerkraut and vegetables in a small bowl.
Mix dressing and pour over mixture.
Let age 24 hours drain
