Tea Garden Salad

Ingredients
  Orange flavored gelatin 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling tea 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Medium Strength)
  Mandarin oranges 1 Can (10 oz), drained, liquid reserved
  Crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz), drained, liquid reserved
  Fruit liquid 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Combined Fruit)
  Water chestnuts 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 Tablespoon, whipped
  Ground mace 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling tea.
Add combined fruit liquids to gelatin mixture.
Stir and cool until mixture thickens slightly.
Add oranges, pineapple, and water chestnuts.
Spoon into a 6 cup mold and chill until firm.
For the topping combine equal parts mayonnaise and whipped cream, and add a dash of mace.
