Marshmallow Cheese Delight Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon flavored gelatin 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Orange flavored gelatin 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apricots 1 Can (10 oz), drained and quartered, liquid reserved
  Pineapple tidbits 1 Can (10 oz), drained, liquid reserved
  Miniature marshmallows 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lettuce 1
  Pineapple topping 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dessert topping/0.5 pint whipping cream, whipped 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and apricot liquid.
Chill until almost firm.
Fold in fruits and marshmallows.
Pour into a 2 1/2 quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold salad on lettuce, and spread with Pineapple Topping.
Spread dessert topping or whipped cream over Pineapple Topping.
Sprinkle with cheese.
