Jellied Grape Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seeded malaga grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seeded ribier grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Head of lettuce 1
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add hot water, sugar, and salt; stir until dissolved.
Add orange and lemon juice.
Chill until about the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in grapes.
Spoon into a 5 cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Turn onto a serving plate.
