|Unflavored gelatin||4 Tablespoon (4 Envelopes)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Boiling water||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|Shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Diced pineapple||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in cold water; add vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and boiling water.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved; chill until syrupy.
Combine cabbage, pineapple, green pepper, and pimiento; stir into gelatin mixture.
Pour into two 2 quart ring molds.
Chill until firm.
