Frozen Christmas Salad
|Cream cheese||32 Ounce, softened (4 Packages)|
|Cranberry sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped maraschino cherries||10 Ounce, undrained (1 Bottle)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Graham crackers/15 to 18 vanilla wafers||12 , crushed|
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl.
Add cranberry sauce and mayonnaise and mix well.
Add pecans, cherries, pineapple, and graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs.
Spoon into an 8 inch square pan and cover with foil.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
