Dieters' Dinner Salad

  Iceberg lettuce head 1 , torn into bite size chunks, rinsed, and drained
  Red apple 1 , cored, quartered, and thinly sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cut green beans 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Cooked cubed chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Chill lettuce in plastic bag or plastic crisper.
Place lettuce on serving platter or in individual salad bowls.
Sprinkle apple with lemon juice, if desired.
Arrange apple, beans, and chicken on lettuce.
