King's Arms Salad
|Iceberg lettuce head||1 Small|
|Red wine vinegar dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Red cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|Chives||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Tear the lettuce into small pieces.
Remove the stem ends from the watercress.
Toss the lettuce, watercress, and cabbage with the Red Wine Vinegar Dressing.
Garnish with the chives.
