Egg Salad With Cheese

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 6 , shelled and chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Small curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives/Sweet onion/ scallions 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a large bowl gently combine all ingredients, except egg, until thoroughly mixed.
Gently fold in eggs.
Chill.
Just before serving sprinkle with paprika.
