Meaty Main Dish Salad
|Luncheon meat||1 Can (10 oz), cut into 0.25 inch cubes|
|Garlic oil salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Any Commercial Brand)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lettuce||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
Marinate and chill meat cubes in garlic dressing 2 to 4 hours; drain.
Add celery, relish, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Cutting to within 1/2 inch of bottom, cut each tomato into sixths and spread apart.
Fill center with meat salad.
