Meaty Main Dish Salad

Ingredients
  Luncheon meat 1 Can (10 oz), cut into 0.25 inch cubes
  Garlic oil salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Any Commercial Brand)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomatoes 6 Medium
  Lettuce 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Marinate and chill meat cubes in garlic dressing 2 to 4 hours; drain.
Add celery, relish, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Cutting to within 1/2 inch of bottom, cut each tomato into sixths and spread apart.
Fill center with meat salad.
