Ingredients

Lettuce head 1
Tomato 1 , cored
Napa cabbage 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (handful)
Green cabbage 1/4 , cored
Broccoli florets 4
Celery stalk 1
Mushroom 10
Carrot 1 , chopped
Green pepper 1/4
Parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (handful)
Brine cured olives 1 Dozen
Chili flakes To Taste
Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Bread slices 2 , cut into cubes (for croutons)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat the oven to 325F.

MAKING:

Place all the ingredients on chopping board and using mezzaluna knife chop as shown in the video.

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Season with chilli flakes and pepper.

Place bread cubes on baking sheet, pop into oven and bake for 7 minutes at 325F for croutons.

Top the salad with croutons.

SERVING:

Serve with favourite dressing and enjoy!
