Gulf Shrimp Salad
|Cooked shrimp||1 Pound, peeled|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|French dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut shrimp crosswise in half.
Combine rice, celery, parsley, olives and shrimp in bowl.
In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, French dressing, lemon juice and curry powder; mix well.
Add mayonnaise mixture to shrimp mixture; toss lightly.
