Tomato Rice Salad

Rice Salad has a Delicious taste. The Lemon juice and yoghurt gives the Rice Salad Miraculous taste.
  Bananas 2 , sliced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Long grain rice 8 Ounce, cooked according to package directions, chilled
  Tomatoes 4 Small, cut into wedges
  Canned mandarin orange sections 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Canned corn/Cooked corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cold)
  Cooked shrimp 4 Ounce (Cold)
  Dried mint leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice.
Place rice in serving bowl.
Arrange rows of tomatoes, bananas, oranges, corn, and shrimp in starlike pattern on top.
Sprinkle with mint.
Combine dressing ingredients; pour over rice.
