Cranberry Delight Salad
|Cranberry sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Any Commercial Brand)|
|Marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Canned plums||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), drained, pitted and diced (Liquid Reserved)|
|Plum liquid||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Beat cranberry sauce, sour cream, and salt with rotary beater; add marshmallows.
Soften gelatin in liquid from plums; dissolve this over hot water and add to cranberry mixture.
Chill until partially thickened.
Fold in plums, celery, and walnuts.
Pour into individual molds and chill until firm.
