Salad Supreme

  Gelatin 6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Package, Orange Flavored Gelatin)
  Crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz), drained (Liquid Reserved)
  Finely chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipped topping mix 5 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten

Prepare gelatin according to package directions; chill until mixture begins to congeal.
Add pineapple to chilled gelatin; pour into an oiled 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup walnuts; chill until mixture is completely congealed.
Prepare whipped topping mix according to package directions; blend in cream cheese.
Spread this mixture over congealed gelatin; cover and chill.
Add enough water to reserved pineapple liquid to make 1 cup.
Combine lemon juice, sugar, flour, and eggs; add to pineapple liquid.
Cook over low heat until thickened; chill thoroughly.
When this mixture is cool, spread over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle remaining walnuts on top.
