|Gelatin||6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Package, Orange Flavored Gelatin)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz), drained (Liquid Reserved)|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipped topping mix||5 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cream cheese||12 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
Prepare gelatin according to package directions; chill until mixture begins to congeal.
Add pineapple to chilled gelatin; pour into an oiled 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup walnuts; chill until mixture is completely congealed.
Prepare whipped topping mix according to package directions; blend in cream cheese.
Spread this mixture over congealed gelatin; cover and chill.
Add enough water to reserved pineapple liquid to make 1 cup.
Combine lemon juice, sugar, flour, and eggs; add to pineapple liquid.
Cook over low heat until thickened; chill thoroughly.
When this mixture is cool, spread over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle remaining walnuts on top.
