Captain's Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce/Leaf lettuce 1 Quart, torn into bite sized pieces
  Spinach leaves 1 Quart, torn into bite sized pieces
  Sweet onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Small In Size)
  Toasted sesame seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 , cut into wedges
  Croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Herb Seasoned)
Directions

Combine greens, onion rings, and sesame seeds; toss and refrigerate until just before serving.
Make salad dressing by combining salt, pepper, and mustard in small mixing bowl; stir in vinegar and honey.
Slowly add salad oil while beating with rotary beater or electric mixer; refrigerate.
Just before serving, combine greens, salad dressing, tomato wedges, and croutons; toss.
