Apricot Gelatin Salad
|Gelatin||6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Package)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned apricots||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Canned crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Apricot pineapple liquid||2 Cup (32 tbs), divided|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cut each apricot into 3 pieces.
Combine fruits and marshmallows.
Add 1 cup of combined liquid to gelatin and reserve remaining liquid.
Chill until thickened and fold in fruits and marshmallows.
Pour into a lightly oiled 12 x 8 inch pan and spread with Topping.
