Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Chopped cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz), undiluted
  Crushed potato chips 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all ingredients except potato chips and grated cheese; mix well.
Put into greased 2 quart casserole; sprinkle potato chips over top.
Bake 20 minutes; sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
