Congealed Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Envelopes)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped stuffed olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Diced green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint, whipped
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Cool slightly and stir into mayonnaise.
Add all other ingredients except the whipped cream and mix well.
Fold whipped cream into mixture.
Put into oiled loaf pan and chill until firm.
