Ingredients
  Wild rice 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and cooled
  Cooked chopped turkey/Chopped chicken 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Commercial french dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Sliced almonds 1 Can (10 oz)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mandarin oranges 2 Can (20 oz), drained
  Pineapple tidbits 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Lettuce 1
Directions

Combine rice, turkey or chicken, mayonnaise, French dressing, salt, almonds, and celery.
Chill.
Just before serving, add oranges and pineapple.
