Endives

Ingredients
  Unrefined oil 1 Tablespoon
  Endives 8
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tamari soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat a skillet.
Add the oil and endive.
Saute until transparent.
Add the water.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Add the tamari and simmer uncovered until all the liquid is absorbed.
