Rum And Almond Truffles
|Chocolate spread||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon, Plain Variety)|
|Cake crumbs||3 Ounce (75 Gram, 3/4 Cup)|
|Ground almonds||1 Ounce (25 Gram, 1/4 Cup)|
|Cocoa powder||1 Tablespoon|
Mix the chocolate spread with the cake crumbs and almonds, stirring until the ingredients are well blended.
Add enough rum to form a soft but not sticky dough.
Roll the mixture into 24 small balls, then roll in cocoa powder to coat.
Place in petit four paper cases (candy cups) and chill.
