Bourbon Or Rum Balls
|Vanilla wafers||5 Dozen, broken (2.5 Cups Crumbs)|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bourbon/Rum||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||3 Tablespoon|
|Confectioner's sugar||1 Tablespoon (For Coating)|
Process vanilla wafers a few at a time with the metal blade until they are finely crushed.
Remove, to a mixing bowl and re peat until all are crushed.
Chop walnuts coarsely with the metal blade.
Add to crushed wafers along with re maining ingredients.
Mix well and form into 1 inch balls.
Roll in confectioners' sugar and store in an airtight container for a week or two before using.
