Ingredients
  Rum 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/8 Gill)
  Angostura bitters 2 Dash
  Lemon peel and juice 1 Dash
  Brown curacao 1 Dash
  Cherry 1
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs), broken (1/2 Shakerful)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into the shaker with ice cubes, add the rum
2) Add the angostura bitters, brown curascao and lemon peel juice
3) Shake well
4) Strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass

SERVING
5) Serve with a cherry
