Fireside Buttered Rum

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Confectioners sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint, softened
  Rum flavoring 16 Ounce (Imitation, 1 Bottle)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To De-Mold, As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg until light and fluffy.
2. Add softened ice cream, rum flavor and beat until smooth.

FINALISING
3. Into a 4-cup freezer container, pour the mixture and freeze until firm.

SERVING
4. De-mold, by dipping in hot water onto a serving dish, serve chilled.
