  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rum 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Boil the sugar and water together until syrupy, or about three minutes.
Cool and add the rum.
