Rum Apple Rickey

Ingredients
  Light rum 1 Ounce (30 Milliliter)
  Apple brandy 1 Ounce (Calvados Or Applejack, 30 Milliliter)
  Lemon 1⁄4
  Soda water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour the rum and brandy into a glass over ice cubes.
Squeeze the lemon into the glass and drop it in.
Add a little soda and stir.
Twist the orange peel over the glass, then drop it in, too.
