Fresh Pineapple Slices With Rum

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1
  Packed brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Rum 3 Tablespoon (Preferably Dark)
Directions

Cut top and bottom from pineapple.
Cut down sides to remove peel and eyes.
Cut pineapple into quarters.
If core is tough or pithy, remove.
Slice quarters into cubes.
In bowl, toss pineapple with brown sugar and rum; cover and let stand for 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 3 hours.
Serve in frosted sherbet or wine glasses and garnish with fresh fruit.
